  • At Oodles of One, we take pride in offering a thoughtfully designed therapeutic resource intended otherwise support meaningful personal and professional growth.  Due to the nature of our products, we have established the following refund policy:


    Books (Physical Products)

    All book sales are considered final.  We do not offer refunds or exchanges once an order has been shipped.

    If your book arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue.  We will gladly assess and arrange a replacement at no additional cost.​​


    Crochet Sets/Handmade Items

    Each crochet set is handcrafted with care.  Due to the custom and hygienic nature of these items, all sales are final.  We do not accept returns or offer refunds.

    If your item arrives damaged, please notify us within 7 days of delivery, with photos of the issue.  We will assess and provide a replacement if appropriate.


    Order Cancellations

    Orders may be cancelled with in 24 Hours of purchase, providing they have not yet been shipped.

  • At Oodles of One, each order is prepared with care and intention.  We aim to ensure your items arrive safely and in a timely manner.

     

    Processing Times

    Orders are typically processed within 2-5 business days.  Handmade crochet sets may require additional preparation time of 5- 10 business days, depending on availability and demand. A confirmation email will be sent once your order has been shipped. 

    Estimated delivery times

    • Canada: 3-10 business days​

    • United States: unfortunately during this time shipment to the US is quite challenging.  An estimated time is difficult to be determined and tariff charges will be applied to the customer. 

    • International: 7- 21 business days.

    International orders may be subject to customs fees, duties, or taxes.  These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost.

    Shipping Carrier

    We ship through Canada Post.

    Incorrect Addresses

    Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate at checkout.  Oodles of One is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

    Lost or Delayed Packages

    Once your order has been shipped, it is in the care of the carrier.  While we are not responsible for delays or lost packages, we will support you in contacting the carrier and resolving the issue whenever possible
