Refund Policy
At Oodles of One, we take pride in offering a thoughtfully designed therapeutic resource intended otherwise support meaningful personal and professional growth. Due to the nature of our products, we have established the following refund policy:
Books (Physical Products):
All book sales are considered final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges once an order has been shipped.
If your book arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery
with photos of the issue. We will gladly assess and arrange a replacement at no additional cost.
Crochet Sets/Handmade Items
Each crochet set is handcrafted with care. Due to the custom and hygienic nature of these items, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds.
If your item arrives damaged, please notify us within 7 days of delivery, with photos of the issue. We will assess and provide a replacement if appropriate.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled with in 24 Hours of purchase, providing they have not yet been shipped.
